![]() Well-known media analyist Ali Abunimah is co-founder of Electronic Intifada and Electronic Iraq, and vice-president of the Arab-American Action Network. An articulate and much-sought public speaker with a thorough understanding of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Mr. Abunimah regularly appears in national and international broadcast and print media. Abunimah's many broadcast news invitations have included CSPAN, BBC, CNN, NPR, and MSNBC. He has appeared on "Hardball With Chris Matthews," "Chicago Tonight," and "Hannity and Colmes." Abunimah's op-ed pieces have appeared in the Chicago Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, Salon.com, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Village Voice. Abunimah holds a bachelor's degree in politics from Princeton University and a master's degree in political science from the University of Chicago. He is currently working toward a doctorate in political science from the University of Chicago. Abunimah was one of the contributing authors to Iraq Under Siege: The Deadly Impact of Sanctions and War (2000), and The New Intifada: Resisting Israel's Apartheid (2001). |
