Oak Park resident Pauline Coffman carried a sign in support of Israeli and Palestinian mothers who have lost children to the conflict.

St. Louis resident Hedy Epstein, a child survivor of the Nazi Holocaust, related her experiences with the International Solidarity Movement in the occupied Palestinian territories. Read the text of her speech.

Part of the crowd of about 190 assembled in Scoville Park for the Third Annual Walk for a Just Peace in Israel and Palestine.

River Forest resident and soccer mom Martha Reese enjoyed the beautiful weather on walk day.
